【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesspacecraft(SC)organizationswiththegeneralformatforpresentingtheinterfacerequirementdocument(IRD)forlaunchvehicleservices.TheIRDprovidesalistofthemajortechnicalrequirementsspacecraftagenciesprovidetolaunchvehicle(LV)agencieswhensubmittinganapplicationforlaunchservices.TheIRDaddressesthedefinitionoftheSCmission,themechanicalandelectricalinterfaces,theoverallenvironmentrequirements(mechanical,thermal,cleanliness,radio-electrical),theSCdevelopmentandtestprogrammeand,finally,launchrangefacilitiesandsupportrequirements.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallexistingcommercialLVandrelatedlaunchfacilitiessoastopermitSCcontractorstoprepareasingleinterfacerequirementdocumentforagivenSCmission,independentlyoftheLVcontractortobeselected.TheIRD,asdefinedinthisInternationalStandard,includesthebasicSCinputdataneededbyLVagenciestopreparetheinterfacecontroldocumentdefinedintheISO15863.
