【摘要】:Theforcerequiredtoseparateametalliccoatingfromitsplasticsubstrateisdeterminedbytheinteractionofseveralfactors:thegenerictypeandqualityoftheplasticmoldingcompound,themoldingprocess,theprocessusedtopreparethesubstrateforelectroplating,andthethicknessandmechanicalpropertiesofthemetalliccoating.Byholdingallothersconstant,theeffectonthepeelstrengthbyachangeinanyoneoftheabovelistedfactorsmaybenoted.Routineuseofthetestinaproductionoperationcandetectchangesinanyoftheabovelistedfactors.Thepeeltestvaluesdonotdirectlycorrelatetotheadhesionofmetalliccoatingsontheactualproduct.Whenthepeeltestisusedtomonitorthecoatingprocess,alargenumberofplaquesshouldbemoldedatonetimefromasamebatchofmoldingcompoundusedintheproductionmoldingstominimizetheeffectsonthemeasurementsofvariationsintheplasticandthemoldingprocess.1.1Thistestmethodgivestwoproceduresformeasuringtheforcerequiredtopeelametalliccoatingfromaplasticsubstrate.Oneprocedure(ProcedureA)utilizesauniversaltestingmachineandyieldsreproduciblemeasurementsthatcanbeusedinresearchanddevelopment,inqualitycontrolandproductacceptance,inthedescriptionofmaterialandprocesscharacteristics,andincommunications.Theotherprocedure(ProcedureB)utilizesanindicatingforceinstrumentthatislessaccurateandthatissensitivetooperatortechnique.Itissuitableforprocesscontroluse.1.2Thetestsareperformedonstandardmoldedplaques.Thismethoddoesnotcoverthetestingofproductionelectroplatedparts.1.3Thetestsdonotnecessarilymeasuretheadhesionofametalliccoatingtoaplasticsubstratebecauseinproperlypreparedtestspecimens,separationusuallyoccursintheplasticjustbeneaththecoating-substrateinterfaceratherthanattheinterface.Itdoes,however,reflectthedegreethattheprocessiscontrolled.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60728describesphysicalinterfacesfortheinterconnectionofsignalprocessingdevicesforprofessionalCATV/SMATVheadendequipmentorforsimilarsystems,suchasinup-linkstations.Thisstandard,inparticular,specifiesthetransferofMPEG-2datasignalsinthestandardizedtransportlayerformatbetweendevicesofdifferentsignalprocessingfunctions.RFinterfacesandinterfacestotelecomnetworksarenotcoveredbythisstandard.InadditionreferencesaremadetoallotherpartsoftheIEC60728seriesand,inparticular,forRF,videoandaudiointerfaces,toIEC60728-5.Forconnectionstotelecomnetworks,specialDataCommunicationEquipment(DCE)isnecessarytoadapttheserialorparallelinterfacesspecifiedinthisdocumenttothebitratesandtransmissionformatsofthepublicPlesiochronicDigitalHierarchy(PDH)networks.OtheremergingtechnologiessuchasConnectionlessBroadbandDataServices(CBDS),SynchronousDigitalHierarchy(SDH),AsynchronousTransferMode(ATM),etc.canbeusedfortransmittingMPEG-2TransportStreams(TS)betweenremotelocations.ATMisparticularlysuitableforprovidingbandwidthondemandanditallowsforhighdatarates.
